Good point. It should take a Special Prosecutor at least a year to gather all the information and return an indictment and another 4 to 6 months to set a trail date.
If the slimeball knows he’s going to get a LONG term in the “big house” and no pardon from O’Dumbo he may be willing to spill the beans on Obama and others to save his arse.

He made his statements under oath though to Issa in a congressional hearing. he lied when he said that he had found out only a few weeks before he was being questioned.
