Orly loses another...

I’ll watch an old “I Love Lucy” episode in her honor.

Because it’s a re-run either way?

Do you two really believe the document posted by the White House a few months ago is an exact copy of the 1961 document?

Did Lucy whine about how many lawyer hours have been expended on avoiding disclosure that would be perfectly legal??

“If this expert doesn’t convince you then nothing will.”

And who doesn’t find teenagers with pseudoscientist parents convincing?

I’m curious though: did you know he was a teenage kid with no expertise when you called him an “expert”?

More like I have no rational reason to disbelieve that it is so.

Obama is a known liar. Why would you believe a liar?

I don't need to believe anything Obama says.

Statements by Hawaiian State officers, Republican and Democrat, pretty much settle the matter.

Couple that with the general lack of evidence of even a remotely similar nature for BHO having been born elsewhere.

“Couple that with the general lack of evidence of even a remotely similar nature for BHO having been born elsewhere.”

We Birthers have to prove a negative?

"That’s a response? You do realize its people like you that make us all look bad."

You "look bad" all on your own.

"I am on this thread because I am tired of us making fools of ourselves with it. I care about Conservatism and the movement and this is a distraction on a non-issue."

"Conservatism and the movement"?

Conservatism starts with defending the Constitution and the rule of law, including Article II.

If you WERE a Conservative you would already know that.

And your comment doesn’t address, well, anything. Just because you say something is an issue doesn’t make it so. This is a non-issue. I’ve litigated more Constitutional matters than you can count.

If this were an issue, I’d be screaming the loudest. Alas, it is not ... yet there is so much else out there as we waste our time on this silliness.

If you were a conservative, you would know that.

No, exactly the opposite.

Prove something.

Don’t just make up fanciful stories and toss about possibilities or make things up because they are emotionally pleasing.

And it would help to not reject out of hand real proof that doesn’t support pet theories.

I knew he sounded young. The question is was what he demonstrated valid. It would be more valid if he was 90 in your estimation.

How many old experienced poker players made the final table at the world series of poker the last few years. Fact is these young kids have more experience in a year than most of the career old timers had in a lifetime.

Like programers the best ones are under 25.

So, no I could care less how old he was. I care as he correct.

If someone claims that a particular phenomenon is proof of a specific action, and someone else can demonstrate that a completely different action can produce the same phenomenon then the first person is probably incorrect in their assertion.

One of many discussion of how layers might have been generated: http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/265767/pdf-layers-obamas-birth-certificate-nathan-goulding

If you don’t buy that, fine.

But at least understand why so very, very few people are listening to Birthers anymore.

Ah. It took me a while to find confirmation of how it all worked out in court:

“Judge Rhonda Nishimura was asked by the state to dismiss the claim. It took less than an hour for the proceeding to wrap up with eight words.

“The court will grant the motion to dismiss,” said Judge Nishimura.

And with that Taitz request to see the President’s original birth certificate was thrown out.”

But the dream lives on! And on, and on...all it needs is more contributions to Orly...

Yes I remember all the explainations for the Canals on Mars as well. All those things could be true if all the other assumptions were true, but they are not..

You sound sillier than Nixon’s secretary accidentally erased the tape. Hardly anyone believed that explanation, they don’t buy the ones you invest either.
