I wasn’t aware that Texas was no longer in the Union. If so, then we had better strengthen our border against Texas, perhaps? and they can attend to their own border with Mexico and no longer complain about what the federal government does, no matter how dangerous to all of us?

You can hold Rick Perry to his promises because he has a record of keeping them during 11 years as governor of Texas and a few years in public office prior to that.
He is the only one of the candidates who can say that.
Who’s promises do you believe? I think you’re a disruptor but am giving you the benefit of the doubt for now.
This is about the election for POTUS, not God selecting an apostle, high priest or other servant for religious duty (e.g. prophet). And one dimension that God requires before such a selection is repentance before beginning the process of qualification to such an office; not so for a political office (consider King Saul).

And yet another SC poll came out moments ago with PERRY down to 2% there.
People have an opportunity to put a great conservative man in the WH and save this country. They have one opportunity with Governor Perry...if they miss it, it’s missed. He’ll never run for POTUS again. I have my doubts we’ll even have a country left but one place will be left is Texas. And Governor Perry can take care of all us Texans as he has done for years.
