Rxsid,

Excellent post! Sums up the basics of how that “bc” came about.

Deserves its own topic, include the citizenship rules applicable in 1961, etc.

I guess stranger things have happened. We have been waiting for a whistleblower.

From the HESC website:

“I graduated from a university outside the United States. Will my foreign degree allow me to be eligible for State aid without taking the ATB exam?

If your degree comes from a college or university that is recognized by your home country’s Ministry of Education, you are considered to meet the requirements and do not have to take an ATB exam.”

I don’t have the time or inclination to dig around in their stupid website, but from this blurb I’d say that they do indeed offer state aid to foreign students.

I would love to see this explode.

The fact that Taiz has a name and the person does work at this place makes it seem true. But it could be someone is just a con and using the persons identity. We will see.

I would say the odds are good at this point. We know he didn’t sign up for selective service. We were on the verge of war with Iran, and a pretty good excuse for avoiding it would be foreign citizenship. I signed up that same summer, and made a vow to myself that I would kill hundreds of them on the battle field. I was furious with Iran and Jimmy Carter after I left the post office. Knowing this coward avoided this and is now our president is so disgusting.

Never mind the Citizenship what about the financial aid. I thought his Grandparents were rich. This is an outrage!

Read it again: it refers to the student’s “home country.” That clearly is referring to foreign students!

New York state did not. That's where this whistleblower was supposed to have worked, at the state agency providing financial aid to state residents.

If you click on the link that started this thread it takes you to Orly’s motion to appeal where she talks about the whistleblower.

What would be the best and safest method for whistleblowers to present their evidence against BO?

I am aware of that it appeared to me you hadn’t read the case as it is referencing Occidental College. You didn’t answer my question.

Not true. There was a travel advisory at the time, not a ban. Freepers had business there at that time and had no trouble getting in with a US passport. This is one of those issues that I believe were planted to make us look like idiots, and too many have taken the bait.

I have already posted a link to that particular agency, showing that they apparently give State aid to foreign students. Do you have a link of your own you’d like to post?

This is interesting.

I was thinking, why has this not come up before. They are saying the records are in a safe, not on line. Maybe that’s why. Team Obamas scrubbing crew never knew about these records. No paper, no computer screen to browse.

Getting to the records took time. If this person is caught before the evidence is exposed, they are probably in big trouble.

I’m cautiously optimistic that we may see some movement on this.

If you read carefully the post #69, a typical obamaroid deception technique is revealed. The poster (a non sequitur by any other name) asserted that the whistle blower said little barry bastard boy received financial aid from NY to attend in that state. The poster tried to make the statement read that it supports that erroneous assertion. In reality the whistleblower said little bastard boy receive foreign student aide at Occi then that aid stream was managed for him when he attended Columbia, the foreign aide stream not NY state aide.

It is 30 years ago, but who knows. I would think States would give aid if they wanted students to stay, Say it was a med student, and you have a doctor shortage.

Almost every time I was in a hospital, a foreign student or doctor was part of the process.

Also, every time I signed up at a school, they made me fill out financial aid forms, even though I would never get it.
So it is possible he just did the same. Applied and never got it. Then forgot about it.

Ok.

They are nervous. Seems they are freaking out.

If this is legit, it’s not just a powder keg. It’s a nuke.
