There's only one reason why he's retiring: Democrats know they will be in the minority in the House for at least two more years.
Dingell, Waxman, et al hate being in the minority. If they thought they had a snowball's chance in hell of winning back the majority, they wouldn't have announced their retirements.
Pubbies need to jam Obamacare down the Rats' throats every day until November.
