I like it, but it needs to happen at registration time. I’m firmly in the camp of wiping the voter rolls after every election, and everyone registering no later than 30 days before each election. There should be some form of reciept from the register process that one brings to the voting booth, and have it match or one doesn’t vote. I do like the facial recognition software idea.
