Second, the country needs a healer – someone who can rise above the mass media's hate-fueled attacks while working to bring sanity back to government and ideological balance back to both major parties.

You're kidding, right?

“Second, the country needs a healer – someone who can rise above the mass media’s hate-fueled attacks while working to bring sanity back to government and ideological balance back to both major parties.”

Oh, that is utter hooey. I positively hate the expression that an elected official is *able* to create “healing”. No, they can’t. Those politicians and journalists who say they can are weasels.

“Bring sanity back to government”, more trite weasel words. It is far better to say, “bring ethics back to government”, because this implies prosecuting government employees who break the law, and preventing other government employees from breaking the law.

“...and ideological balance back to both major parties...” Argggh. Is Sarah Palin Luke Skywalker, who will restore balance to The Force, now that “the chosen one” Obama has become Darth Dumbass?

My ouija board tells me that there will be NO woman presidential candidate of either party on the 2016 general election ballot.

The chaotic and scary scenarios around the world and on our economic front will cause voters, rightly or wrongly, instinctively to support perceivedly-strong male leadership in the next election. Who will emerge on the masculine side, I don't know....but someone will.

Wishing hard for a petticoat or pants suit president will not make it so, unfortunately for many posters on this conservative board.

Well, she’s the only potential candidate that I would vote for without reservations. Even though I don’t always agree with her. And I would go against my almost religious aversion to partisan politics and actively campaign for her, even if she ran on the raving looney ticket.

So I guess you could call that a YES and and endorsement.

The title is structured to look like an announcement. That’s bad.

I have this fantasy that the the Republican candidate for President runs on this one theme:

“I promise to spend the first 100 days of my Presidency undoing everything Ophonybama did in his 8 years in the White House!”
