I’ll laugh when the criminals who gave them money DEMAND refunds. LOL.

They were probably absolutely assured of her being President soon. The Fix Was In, they were undoubtedly told.

You’re right, as far as I’m concerned. But that means she owes some donors for favors she can never deliver. Could get sticky...

The question always begging for an answer is ----did the buck-raking
"charitable" Clinton Foundation use the money solicited for charity go to the intended charity?

========================================

PODESTA EMAIL Mentions CHAI, AFL-CIO, Deutsche Bank.......indicates Podesta aided and abetted the Clinton Foundation's tax fraud and money laundering.

<><> ....(money raised for) the Island initiative budget "as is" includes a $100,000 salary for Ira (on top of his CHAI salary) and a staff of nine (that Ira said he did not need) .....

<><> ...... Swedish post code lottery donor funds (to be split among them)......

<><>....using Clinton Foundation funds to fund AFL-CIO/pension fund retrofit work.

=========================================

<><> ITEM----The legal culpability of a tax-free "charity" consists of:

<><> soliciting and taking money, and,

<><> showing how they spend it.

==========================================

REPORT MAIL FRAUD AND ELECTRONIC FRAUD HERE:

MAIL FRAUD https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/contactUs/filecomplaint.aspx

ELECTRONIC FRAUD---FBI electronic fraud unit

=================================

Just shut it down......its a useless shady foundation.

Moreover, the conniving Clintons used the tax-paid offices of the State Dept and classified info belonging to taxpayers to enrich themselves. Taxpayers demand reparations ..... any money made belongs to them.

CLINTON FOUNDATION EMAIL on German government funding (wikileaks dump)

email From:adesai@clintonfoundation.org

To: blindsey@clintonfoundation.org, lgraham@clintonfoundation.org, doug@presidentclinton.com, justin@presidentclinton.com, john.podesta@gmail.com CC: wmorris@clintonfoundation.org, dcheng@clintonfoundation.org, lkoffler@clintonfoundation.org

Subject: German government funding

As you may know, the German Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, Dr. Dirk Niebel, sent a letter to WJC (Bill Clinton) on Feb 17, suggesting a meeting to discuss partnership. [This is the arm of the German government that funds development projects overseas.]

As follow-up, I had a call today with the Minister's folks. Below are key points from our discussion:

* Their priorities are education, entrepreneurship, and clean energy, and their priority regions are Africa and Asia.

We honed in on three areas of overlapping interest: (1) CDI, (2) CCI in cities, and (3) islands' adaptation to climate change.

* They can fund our work but only as a co-funder; they would provide one-to-one matching if we can find another donor(s).

* Besides funding for CDI, we also discussed them sharing with us the lessons they have learned on value-add agri-businesses elsewhere in Africa.

* Next steps are for us to send short summaries of CDI and CCI in cities, as well as more detailed descriptions of these programs and their budgets, not framed as funding requests yet, but as documents their experts can review to see if and how they want to discuss in more detail how they could support us. They like the idea of CDI presenting an alternate model for agricultural development that could have systemic impact in Africa.

* We are planning to speak again in mid-April to get their feedback on the documents we send.

They also said they'll send us a list of their priority countries in Africa for agriculture programs. I tried to focus them on Malawi and Tanzania but am not sure they are really interested in those two countries. As background, we do not currently receive funding from the German Government.

Hope this helps, Ami (adesai@clintonfoundation.org)

Conservatives want instant gratification, and are eager to be disappointed. But we have to resist that thinking. We are the establishment now. The draining of this swamp is a death of a thousand paper cuts. Each cut weakens the uniparty, and as it gets weaker it cannot defend itself from further cuts. Then we make even deeper cuts. The Clintons will not be indicted on the first day, but they may be a year from now, after less power people are disgraced and arrested, building up a case where the public would demand her arrest.

A few weeks ago, the Clintons were two of the most powerful people in the country. Now everything they built is being dismantled, in a way they can't fight.

JUDICIAL WATCH REPORT---Clinton Accountability Goes Forward

EMPHASIS ADDED-- We’ve repeated time and time again that your Judicial Watch would pursue accountability for Hillary Clinton and her associates no matter what happened on Election Day. Keeping that promise, we released this week 508 pages of documents in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit seeking information about possible conflicts of interest between the actions taken by Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State and Bill Clinton’s activities.

Further demonstrating the Obama administration’s contempt for transparency, more than 440 pages of the documents were redacted either in full, or with only minor notations remaining. The documents were released as a result of a federal court order in FOIA lawsuit filed against the Obama State Department back in 2013.

The documents included an undated, unsigned memo entitled “Private Sector Opportunities for WJC” [William Jefferson Clinton]. The memo provided capabilities analysis of three companies with major investment interests in Haiti: Tetra Pak, Seaboard, and Cemex.

The documents also include a lengthy March 2009 email from Clinton Foundation Director of Foreign Policy Amitabh Desai (mentioned above) to former Assistant Secretary of State Andrew Shapiro and subsequently forwarded to top Clinton aide Jake Sullivan containing the names of nearly 200 then-current and former heads of state to be invited to the 2009 Clinton Global Initiative annual meeting.

Clinton hadn’t yet been Secretary of State three months before her cash machine was shaking down the world! The list includes dignitaries from Saudi Arabia, which gave $14.5 million to the Clinton Foundation; Kuwait, which gave between $5 and $10 million; Oman, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar – all of which donated between $1 and $5 million over the years. In February 2015, the Washington Post reported, “A third of foundation donors who have given more than $1 million are foreign governments or other entities … and foreign donors make up more than half of those who have given more than $5 million.”

In July 2014, Judicial Watch released more than 200 conflict-of-interest reviews by State Department ethics advisers of proposed Bill Clinton speaking and consulting engagements during Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state. The documents show that Mr. Clinton’s office proposed 215 speeches around the globe. And 215 times, the State Department stated that it had “no objection.” The Washington Examiner published a report by

Judicial Watch Chief Investigative Reporter Micah Morrison and Examiner then-Senior Watchdog Reporter Luke Rosiak which notes that Mr. Clinton “earned $48 million while his wife presided over U.S. foreign policy, raising questions about whether the Clintons fulfilled ethics agreements related to the Clinton Foundation during Mrs. Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State.”

We sued for these documents in 2013 but we first asked for them in 2011. It is a scandal that the Obama administration (including Clinton’s top operatives at the State Department) stalled the release of these smoking gun documents for over five years.

These documents show that Hillary and Bill Clinton’s money machine sought to shake down almost every country in the world, from Saudi Arabia to desperately poor Haiti. President-elect Trump can’t move fast enough to launch a serious criminal investigation of the unholy – but highly profitable – alliance between the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton State Department.

I believe this is the correct choice. Nevertheless, Draining the Swamp has begun!

Letting Hillary (and by extension, many of her crooked associates) off the hook doesn't signal to me that any "draining the swamp" has begun... quite the contrary.

CLINTONS' QUID PRO QUO UP CLOSE Hillary hadn’t even finished unpacking her things in her new office at the State Department after Barack Obama appointed her when a situation was dumped in her lap. The Swiss government was concerned that the IRS was suing UBS AG – one of the biggest banks in Switzerland – to get them to reveal the identities of tens of thousands of clients. (Wall Street Journal)

If the case proceeded, Switzerland’s largest bank would face an impossible choice: Violate Swiss secrecy laws by handing over the names, or refuse and face criminal charges in U.S. federal court.

Within months, Mrs. Clinton announced a tentative legal settlement—an unusual intervention by the top U.S. diplomat. UBS ultimately turned over information on 4,450 accounts, a fraction of the 52,000 sought by the IRS, an outcome that drew criticism from some lawmakers who wanted a more extensive crackdown.

Well, the Swiss may have gotten off pretty easy, but at least a compromise had been reached, right? Job well done, Mrs. Clinton. Peace is maintained between the US and an influential ally. And now we can all go about our business. Except for one disturbing aspect of the story which cropped up in the following months.

From that point on, UBS’s engagement with the Clinton family’s charitable organization increased. Total donations by UBS to the Clinton Foundation grew from less than $60,000 through 2008 to a cumulative total of about $600,000 by the end of 2014, according the foundation and the bank.

The bank also joined the Clinton Foundation to launch entrepreneurship and inner-city loan programs, through which it lent $32 million. And it paid former president Bill Clinton $1.5 million to participate in a series of question-and-answer sessions with UBS Wealth Management Chief Executive Bob McCann, making UBS his biggest single corporate source of speech income disclosed since he left the White House.

The WSJ is quick to point out that there is no evidence of any link between these events, but at what point does coincidence become too much to ignore? You’re talking about one of the richest, most powerful financial entities on the planet who, up until Clinton took over at state, had given a grand total of $60K to the foundation. (An amount which likely fell well short of how much USB spent on coffee and donuts during the same period.) And then, in a matter of weeks, the cash spigots opened up and increased tenfold over the next six years.

Tens of millions in loans to efforts supported by the foundation were in addition to a direct set of cash deposits into Bill Clinton’s pocket totally $1.5M… not the foundation’s coffers. And if I remember correctly, Bill and Hill were still filing their taxes jointly at the time, weren’t they?

The Swiss bank got a truly sweet deal and millions of dollars flowed immediately thereafter into the accounts of both the Clintons and their foundation. So we are asked to accept that there no causal relationship between these two sets of data points. We can’t prove that there is absent some secret recording turning up, but at what point can the media say that this beggars belief and the empress has no clothes?

Many of his supporters are upset b/c The Donald indicated he might not be prosecuting Hillary and the rest of the treasonous wrong-doers.

KEEP IN MIND W/ Obama, Trump is dealing with a dangerous megalomaniac who still controls the power levers for the next two months.

The Clinton crimes surely reach into the Justice Dept and most likely the Obama WH itself. Trump cannot announce an investigation now. He needs to ease Obama out, change the locks and then drop the hammer.

Trump saying : "Hillary's been through enough" is quite clever.....it serves to mollify the culprits until he can drop the hammer.

=============================================

It is next to impossible to believe Obama knew nothing about the Clinton big buck/intel-selling operation.....he, himself, was surely pocketing a cut of the loot, as long as he played along and acted stupid about what they were doing.

Luckily for us, AG Sessions is not the kind of man who would ignore wrong-doing on the scale of the Clintons' operation.....dismissing treason and espionage for political reasons.

No way.

Chaffetz can keep the investigation alive until Trump's DOJ can move in.

============================================

(hat tip freeper Rockingham) Hillary and Bill should be offered the usual plea bargain for a corrupt officials: a detailed guilty plea, with cooperation and testimony against associates, along with a substantial fine, disgorgement of illegal gains, and at least a year or two of jail time.

Humiliating and painful, but far less than the maximum.

Ideally, the Clintons can then be used to unravel and document their criminal schemes and to prosecute their criminal associates. If of a generous disposition, Trump could then pardon the jail time for the Clintons if they otherwise perform under the plea deal.
