My question distinguishes, recounting from checking the rills and doing investigations. The post I responded to said all those tings would come up in a recount. I doubt it.
The recount will disclose many of those “tings” (sic). Provisional and absentee ballots will come under greater scrutiny.

The numbers are out for Wisconsin’s recount as of yesterday, Saturday midnight.
2867745 votes have been recounted out of 2.975 million votes from election day’s night. This is about 96.5% of the state recounted. Hillary has gained 60 votes in the recount.
Madison city of Dane County is 100% counted and reported. They did not drag their feet and they completed by the deadline. They are overwhelmingly pro Hillary as an area and all the sneering and criticism thrown at them is now proven entirely wrong. They made no effort to cheat. They hand recounted their ballots and their area gained only 11 votes on recount for Hillary out of 100K+ votes.
The remaining votes to be recounted are from Milwaukee city. The Milwaukee clerk has said they have completed the recount, even for absentees, but are cleaning up final paperwork before sending the numbers forward. The clerk also said variance of their recount from election day’s night is minimal.
These cheeseheads have done well. Hard to see how they don’t finish 100% by tomorrow night.
