Boy! Was there ever such complaining when they found out that the Ticket were FDERAL Tickets and not just State ones! The crying was even louder in a couple of cases where the speed was over 90+ and the speeders tried to Rabbit Away.

What is the net *emigration* level from the US each year? (Among legal immigrants to their new country, not because of illegals being deported back)

I’d think it is pretty low, maybe 25,000-50,000 or less, and mostly to other developed countries such as Canada, western Europe, Japan or Australia.
