I don't know, Hannity isn't stupid, if he just walked away, Fox could (and most likely would) eat him alive in a breach of contract lawsuit. However, there have been rumors that his contract contains an “escape clause” tied to Bill Shine were if Shine left or was forced out Hannity had the option of walking away from the remainder of his contract with no penalty.

I’m following the drama, but I gave up FNC not too long after osama got immaculated. I realized I had been paying about 30 a month for expanded cable, and it was pretty much only to watch Fox News, and they weren’t even all that good.

Murdoch’s kids should look up the Schlitz kids and learn about messing with a formula.

Sean must be worth $100+ million and has the #2 radio show. He can easily quit FNC until the dust settles.

Savage used to have a TV show. It sucked.

They could leave out O’Reilly. He’s a populist windbag that certainly isn’t conservative.

This could be nothing. Maybe Hannity just wants to get everyone together and address the rumors that have been circulating about his status in recent weeks. He may also want to make he clear to everyone that he doesn’t want them going off on their own talking to other media outlets and adding to the speculation.

BOR had moved to having what was more an entertainment show then a counter media operation. I was waiting for the the guy with the saucers spinning on a stick or topo gigio to show up in a segment soon. Hannity, like him or not, was pretty main stream conservative and perhaps the most right of the bunch.

Looking at the landscape at FOX recently, first it was Ailes and since Greta seemingly poo pooed Ailes getting the ax, she was first to go. Kelly seemed to be the instigator of the ailes problems and she had to go. BOR with the history
of paying “her asses” off, was next. Hannity would be the first out the door seemingly over his editorial content.

Fox business seems to be off limits for the time being but for how long who knows because once they start down the content path, there are many over there who will follow Hannity if he is pushed out.

Fox seems to be in a race with CNN on who can be the least relevant.

Agreed. I only watch him occasionally but I would have less of a reason to watch Fox. Especially, if I know that they are turning progressive. I have been watching them since the late 90s.

I will want to know where he and others are moving to.

Making money is now secondary. Since election fraud didn’t work this time, their next move is to suppress news and silence conservative voices. This is a war.

In my post, I meant that Savage would never join Fox or SoxonFoxonBox.

They should bring Mark Steyn on board to any new venture.

Sure... and his show can ran back to back with Levin. I wonder what on earth went on with Steyn and Levin at Conservative review. I'm not sure that I'd believe much of this but it was an interesting post-mortem at the Daily Beast.... http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2017/03/14/inside-the-collapse-of-the-mark-steyn-show
