“By the way, what’s this about Gibson may be going bankrupt”

Oh no! I had not heard that. Yes I have played my cherished es345 off and on for many years. Remember when Obonogo’s goons stormed Gibsson trashed the placed and hauled off hundreds of thousands of dollars worth materials citing an obscure import law. Martin was who used the same wood was left alone. Guess who made donations to whom.

Gee, didn’t we just go through this with the Bunkerville prosecution?

The Oh So Honorable Federal Prosecutors witheld mountains of exculpatory evidence?

And if so, why are any of them still practicing law?

Because of snake-in-the-grass lawyers:
As the Daily Caller reported last week, Sullivan “issued a “Brady” order requiring Mueller to provide Flynn all information that is favorable to the defense whether with respect to guilt or punishment.”
The backstory to that is that Judge Sullivan was the presiding judge in the trial which convicted Sen. Ted Stevens (R, AK) just before the 2008 election (which unseated Stevens, and gave the Democrats a filibuster-proof Senate majority at the start of the Obama Administration).

The way things went down, the fact that the prosecutors had unethically withheld material information from the Stevens defense came to light months later - and Judge Sullivan voided Stevens’ conviction. Judge Sullivan was infuriated with the result, and sought to sanction the prosecutors in the case. He was flabbergasted at the weakness of the sanctions he was able to impose.

Judge Sullivan has had a bee in his bonnet about that issue ever since. The Wall Street Journal published an op-ed article by him on that issue some months ago. He wrote that ever since the Stevens case he has advocated for judges to issue a "Brady order” to the prosecutors at the start of each criminal case. He rejoiced that the chief judge of NY state had aligned NY courts with his cause, and that defendants in the state will profit from it in the interests of justice. Understand, it’s mumbo jumbo to me in that IANAL. But Sullivan's explanation was that as long as the judge had not issued a Brady order, a slippery prosecutor could get by with withholding significant exculpatory information from the defense And just get a slap on the wrist. But if the judge issues that order, the prosecutor who pulls that stunt is in far more serious trouble.

Having Judge Sullivan on the Flynn case is just what the doctor ordered - as long as you’re not on the prosecution side of it. It sounds like serious trouble for Mueller. It might even be the salvation of Trump’s presidency.

I believe Judge Sullivan always issues a Brady order in his cases, and that he did so in the Flynn case in mid-December, not “last week”.

If some of the articles reporting that someone on the 7th floor ordered changes in the agent;s report of the Flynn interview to show that he lied, and Mueller relied upon that to coerce Flynn’s guilty plea, then that would be the fuse hitting the dynamite.

I believe there has to be a reason why both the defense and prosecution attorneys asked for additional information in the case be sealed by court order. I suspect that evidence is before the grand jury and cannot be revealed. Someone on that 7th floor is talking to the Special Counsel to get immunity from prosecution or at least a plea deal for no jail time.
