It may be fake news. Raman Ghavami, a Mideast analyst for the Jerusalem Post, is Gateway Pundit’s source. Ghavami said in a tweet that he got the statement from Iranian Foreign Minister H.J. Ansari Zarif’s senior advisor. No name was given, and I didn’t find the quote at the link he gave on his twitter page (see link below).

I can’t find a source for this quote anywhere besides Ghavami. Something this big should have a source somewhere.
