Folks opposing Sessions will soon be eating their words.

While they should, I don't expect them to have the intellectual honesty to do so. They will spend a while to write some fantasy on why they were not fools.

Because it was a year-long sting for FBI and DOJ to clean out their rats’ nests so justice could resume. CINC is clean and on the offensive now. Any other Qs?

Not true. Rosenstein is up to his eyeballs in the illegal FISA warrant abuse scandal. When this information became public, Sessions went out of his way to back Rosenstein to the hilt, and to praise him lavishly. That is inexcusable.

That reads like a quote from some crazy story from L. Ron Hubbard explaining who Xenu is.

A year long sting should culminate in indictments. But nothing like that is happening to anyone but Trump supporters. Please don’t regale me with wishful thinking about Deep Staters who are ‘about to be,’ indicted. Only Trump associates have been indicted under Sessions’ DOJ.

You’ll see. Probably not for another year or so, but eventually you will. It was dammed near impossible for most of us ‘Qpers’ to TRUST THE PLAN, WRAY AND SESSIONS on that mostly-miserable 6mo flight, but we kept our minds open and now here we are: an FBI and DOJ about to be power-washed of the deep state swampers, just in time for the midterms.

Not sure I’m buying that entirely....I’ve stayed away of a lot of this until recently...am still seeing a lot of he said she said going on. Eventually the dust will settle so until then I’m not going to say too much.

So as long as Sessions isn’t fired I figure Trump has him there for very good reasons or he’d been fired by now..we know Trump does that as he chooses....as well as when he doesn’t. His call.

Real time, actual damage has been done to Trump and his supporters some have been outright ruined. [And it’s ongoing, full steam, no brakes on Mueller’s juggernaut of destruction.]

Meanwhile people like Clapper commit straight up perjury on camera and are allowed to skate. [The statute of limitations was allowed to run out.) And every time these facts are mentioned, we’re told there will be pie in the sky by and by.

It doesn’t make sense. Clapper’s perjury was egregious. There was no reason on earth why he shouldn’t have been chsrged.

“Folks opposing Sessions will soon be eating their words.”

Why would those of us who think Sessions is AWOL eat our own
words?

He's un-spinning DECADES of DS web, that folks who merely skim the surface of news happenings, just don't get.

Patience is a virtue, of this process, for sure.

Sessions put Trump between a rock and a hard place. On one side is Mueller, steamrolling mercilessly over even Trump’s donors, much less his actual associates. On the other side is Grassley and the rest of the GOP Permanent Political Class swamp monsters, who have vowed never to confirm an AG replacement, and to unleash h@ly hell on Trump if if he touches a hair on Sessions head. It’s insidious.

‘Trump expressed his disappointment in the Justice Department during a Fox News interview in which he said Comey is “guilty of crimes” that could be uncovered “if we had a Justice Department that was doing their job.

When asked why he doesn’t push the department to do more, Trump say he’s staying out for now.

“Because of the fact that they have this witch hunt going on with people in the Justice Department that shouldn’t be there, they have a witch hunt against the president of the United States going on, I’ve taken the position, and I don’t have to take this position and maybe I’ll change, that I will not be involved with the Justice Department,” he said. “I will wait until this is over. It’s a total, it’s all lies and it’s a horrible thing that is going on, a horrible thing.”

Trump has repeatedly lashed out at Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who heads the department, for recusing himself from the Russia investigation. Trump has previously called on the department to target leakers, but no one has been prosecuted for leaks critical of the Trump administration.

“So very disappointed in my Justice Department,” Trump said. “Because of the fact it is going on, and I think you will understand this, I have decided I won’t be involved. I may change my mind at some point because what is going on is a disgrace. It is an absolute disgrace. By the way only collusion is with Democrats and Russians.”’

Without Mueller and a lengthy "muh Russia witchhunt," the tree limb that the press and DEMs crawled out onto would be different, I think not so clear and effective. It will be a sight to behold when they have to saw that limb off, themselves. Or if they don't they still fall with it.

I think the RR/Mueller team was in the Trump plan. I think Trump didn't know which way RR was going to run, i.e., didn't expect the ridiculous scope expansion. But sometimes the only way to find the cut of a man's jib it give him the power and see what he does with it.

As for satisfying the persistent critics here, the only way to do that is agree with them. They see Sessions, RR, and Mueller as monumental errors, and the only remedy is to fire all three of them.

It was Lerner skating that incensed me the most. At any rate, flight’s over, about to land to watch deep state start bursting into flames on the ground in front of us. Again, it was a miserable project, but now we sit back and watch the harvest.

Even if it turned out that Sessions was doing something behind the scenes, which most people don't think that he is, why should the doubters "eat their words"? Sessions recused himself on all of these issues. Sessions told us he wouldn't taken any action. And most of us took Sessions at his word.

To say that one is a fool for taken a person at the word, is at best intellectually dishonest.

Sessions is a very passive, don’t-rock-the-boat AG:

GOP Lawmakers Slam Sessions for Deciding Not to Prosecute Lois Lerner

Roskam: ‘This is a miscarriage of justice’

Two prominent House Republicans criticized Attorney General Jeff Sessions for declining to reopen a criminal investigation into charges that former IRS Director Lois Lerner violated several federal laws by targeting conservative groups and lying to Congress during its three-year probe.

House Ways and Means Committee chairman Kevin Brady (R., Texas) and Rep. Peter Roskam (R., Ill.), who chairs the panel’s tax policy subcommittee, angrily reacted to a Thursday letter from Sessions’ informing them of the Department of Justice’s decision not to reopen a criminal investigation against Lerner.

“This is a terrible decision,” Brady said in a statement. “It sends the message that the same legal, ethical and Constitutional standards we all live by do not apply to Washington political appointees—who will now have the green light to target Americans for their political belief and mislead investigators without ever being held accountable for their lawlessness.”

If FR could do ONE thing, it would be to challenge the Trump administration and Ms Devos to laser focus on bringing propositional truth back to all of our educational institutions.

We don't know how to think, and we chase bright shiny objects and anonymous so-called prophets that portend to have inside information.

It should be beneath the dignity of conservatism to fall for such claptrap.

I read the same posts you did. I just followed up with research. For example, the hoax-story about Hillary, Huma, sex, the little girl and cannibalism came straight from Sorcha Faal. Sorcha Faal is, in turn, also a hoax. One hoax setting forth a second hoax does not equal truth.

Well, like I said, it’s over now, and hopefully we can slowly forget the things we don’t need to remember.
