At least now, at least many straight white males are realizing that they are discriminated against. Everyone else, save for white female Trump voters and a handful of others will acknowledge the problem. On the contrary, despite legal institution discrimination against straight white males, everyone else still thinks they are the ones being discriminated against by said group. This along with the transgenderism nonsense is meant to bring whites males to heel. Few other groups with real numbers fights against political correctness and the tyranny of socialism.

I faced the same problem in the early 90s looking for work; I was fortunate enough to find a job where none of the tokens wanted to really work, and ended up with plenty of responsibilities for decent pay and complete job security. If half the tokens disappeared tomorrow in my workplace, nobody would even know - there would be no disruption of workflow.

I divided it along party lines in the U.S.A. But I think a lot more than that just shrug their shoulders and comply because they want to keep their jobs.
