The judge has refused to allow more time to return these kids to their parents. I would love to see them load up all the kids and deliver them to the judge along with a list of incarcerated parents. Then remind the judge it will be the courts responsibility to make sure the parents are in fact parents and not child sex traffickers, drug smugglers etc.

Thanks Starman417. If the lawless grandstander who just won the election in Mexico plays ball, there should be no more problem. Otherwise, besides the border wall, we need to take over a chunk of Mexican scrubland and hire illegals (illegal in Mexico as well as the US) to throw up better-than-local-standards housing for about 15 million (to start) and assign it to all comers. In every local village square there'd be a Trump statue.

I personally believe that lots of Americans care, which is why Americans send donations when people in other countries are in need. That said, I think Americans are tired of being manipulated by those motivated not by ‘caring’ but by their desire to shift demographics so as to obtain and keep power.
The question that should be asked is ‘why do these poor children have to leave their countries of birth in order to have good lives?’. If children from the US were being taken by their parents (or other adults) to foreign countries in order to have better lives, there would be an enormous outcry about America failing its citizens and its children. Why is a similar outcry not being directed at countries like Mexico, Honduras, etc.?

Nobody cares...That includes the Mexican government, which helps to enable their parents or minders to get them into the sad situation.
Nothing else makes any kind of sense.
What used to not be a crisis, became a crisis because democrats need an issue to bash republicans over their heads heading into the elections, but mostly, it became a crisis because Trump is the president, while when Obama was president, the same issues regarding the kids and families, weren’t issues at all.
