Hogg was not in the particular building where the shootings occurred, but he was at the school at the time. After the students went home, he got on his bicycle and went back to the school to get some interviews. This was mangled in a semi-literate (CBS?) news story which left the impression he wasn’t at the school at all by means of bad writing, not reality.

Hogg is still a two-bit fascist.
