I forgot Cruz was born in Canada. That puts him in different classroom than Obama who was born in Hawaii from a Kenyan father and an underage American citizen mother.
So Cruz is LESS eligible than Obama. But obviously no one in government objected to Cruz running in the 2016 primaries. How come? If he had gone on to win nomination and then defeated Hillary, who would have stopped him? Just give me some names of official bodies who would do that.
You are mixing wishful thinking with reality on the ground. I also wish Obama was never allowed to become president. But he got elected twice, and the powers that be had no problem with his eligibility. And unfortunately that is the reality. And a precedence has been set.

One mistake does not the world make. After the disaster that Obama was, there will be much closer scrutiny. Americans are fed up with the Aliens and Democrats trying to change Ameria to suit there vision. President Trump informed the entire world at the United Nations that America will not surrendder her sovereignty and she will be a land where laws govern. Under Obama we had rampant unlawfulness and that was the plan. The Senate Judiciary Committee is going to be investigated as to this Circus we have just gone through. I expect Clinton et al to be held to account in the not too distant future. Those who want our country back will support Trump. Those who persevere with their negativity have no business here.
