Pubes currently have 51 seats, but that includes Flake and Corker.

They're not all reliable votes. That's why Trump spent so much time campaigning for Senators - he wanted an 'obstruction free' Senate, for confirmation purposes.
Florida and Arizona are still at risk.

Also Mitt Romney who will be the de facto leader of the Senate and will do anything everything to damage Trump and will find enough of the remaining NeverTrumpers to hold the Senate in chaos until 2020 when Romney will try to steal the Republican Presidential Nomination from Trump, worse if/when AZ/FL goes to the Dems...very dark days start in Jan 2019, very, very, dark days....
