blue collar and lower management get fired or terminated. Executives get asked to resign and if they don’t they might get terminated.
The biggest reason for this is that executives have money for a good lawyer. Another reason is that they don’t want to kick them out of the executive arena, just want them to leave the particular company.

Sessions was a political appt. The Pres has the Constitutional right to appt who he wants. I worked in state gov’t in AZ and our Gov can employ political appointees even at a state level.

Someone needs to remind Pelosi she will not be Speaker of the legislative chamber that approves presidential appointments.
I've been retired and living in Southeast Asia for a decade now and SNSD along with other Korean and Japanese groups are quite popular here.
Personally I find the clean cut, wholesome appearance sans tattoos, body piercings and extreme drug focused behavior with the foul language which is endemic to the American music scene, quite appealing. Of course feminists in the west dismiss them as being too submissive and not empowering to women as they "should be" in their minds. They are not foul-mouthed, drug addled, ball busting women: that's certainly part of what we like about them.
It’ll probably be just 51 or less. Montana went to Jon Tester, the incumbent Democrat. Arizona just switched, and the Democrat now leads that race. In Florida, the Democrat declared victory despite a negative margin, but his operatives continue to seek or manufacture the ballots if anyone dares to view them. In Mississippi, the Democrat won a legitimate slot in the runoff on 27 November, so we can presume that unless Republicans vote for their candidate, the Democrat will prevail.
If only one other Republican dies, resigns, or falls victim to a terrorist group, then we have only fifty.
