That was my first thought as well. However, she is not yet seated, so technically she is not constrained. As soon as she takes office, howver, this theat can and will be used against her.
I keep wondering about how dumb the people of her district are to have knowingly elected her to office. If you thought SHE was the dumb one...

The democrats offer a target-rich environment of lawlessness and corruption. With minimum effort the democrats can be kept so busy defending themselves that they’d have little time to go after Trump.
