Well - the invaders themselves. Yeah for real - there's attorneys filing lawsuits making wacky claims about "human rights" of migrants to invade us. Am guessing they're throwing mud in the hope it sticks to a radical judge that will make some kind of injunction out of thin air.

Folks (like CNN) now reporting that he will make another offer to Dems for a compromise.

It might be something that he knows they can’t accept (due to their radical base), in which case it might be to expose them more to the public, or inoculate him from having to later take some stronger action, like RIF or emergency declaration.
