All of the perps must be prosecuted. If not, precedents are set. The perps will reconvene and learn from what went wrong. A tweak here and a tweak there for the next time they go after someone they do not like!
Fort Marcy park will require parking meters to handle all the drop offs shorty... as the Clinton’s go into overdrive cleaning out the non useful idiots.
