America is a post-constitutional country. Everything is run by and for the oligarchs and against the people. A little reform here and there and asking people to do their jobs won’t make any difference.

Because you’re not in the protected class. Felicity Huffman gets 14 days for bribery. You’d get a couple years.

I was watching him on Trish Reagan at 8:00 and the first thing that popped into my mind was ‘what the heck is with the hair?’ It’s like he’s going Hollywood or something.

None of the participants of the Kenyanesian Usurpation will be charged because both parties cooperated to violate the Constitution and that must be kept under wraps at all costs.

Just ask Seth Rich......

However, I am more hopeful about Bull Durham’s investigation.

How many pegs are we going to hang our hat on? Sessions, Huber, Wray, the farcical Q, Barr, Horowitz, Durham.

This whole thing is a travesty.

Many of us have been saying for some time that those at the top have great leeway in their jobs and that many things that are “wrong” are not illegal. However there are other forms of punishment than criminal, including financial and loss of prestige/reputation and hopefully all will be administered to Comey, Brennan, Clapper, et al. More likely for the lower level people will face prosecution.

When Trump says “this must never happen to another President” that tells you the emphasis is on fixing the system.

On the one hand, Hannity is completely correct. There was an abuse of power by the usual suspects, namely, the liberal elites in the permanent government.

On the other hand, he is a damn fool. If he ever believed that the elites investigating the elites would hold them to account, then he hasn’t been paying very close attention.

When these IG reports became more and more delayed, I knew that the white wash was on. Language will be dumbed down, offenses declared insignificant or the new fav, “unintentional.” But make no mistake, the elites protect their own.

When Donald Trump decried the system as “being rigged” he was dead on. He should return to that theme.

The fact is the FBI used a known false document to get a FISA warrant to spy on Presidential campaign..4 times. So Hannity is repetitious when he is talking about it. At least someone is on a network broadcast network talking about it. You should be ridiculing Horawitz for being the deep state stooge we all suspected he is.

Doesn’t matter. When Leftist Grand Juries refuse to indict, even in the face of provable lawbreaking, our system of Justice is non-existent. And for those who think they excuse all Deep-staters, show me which Republican has benefited from their ‘jury nullification’.

Gowdy: “It’s hard to convince 12 people of anything – I used to have to do that for a living. It’s tough. You’ve gotta dot every I and cross every T.

Yup, the jury found OJ not guilty

The problem is Trump.

These are politically motivated crimes - FISA, the Clinton server, the Russia Hoax, IRS targeting, etc.

But, Trump retained, re-assigned, or promoted almost every top executive in Obama’s DOJ and FBI.

Trump also refuses to assist any organization that is trying to obtain documents that show political corruption at the DOJ and FBI - there are literally dozens of FOIA requests and lawsuits that have been pending for years.

That's either political insanity - or it's absolutely deliberate.

Y’all need to watch the whole (6+ min) interview linked with the HONORABLE Trey Gowdy (blue background) BELOW the short cut HALF STORY at the top. At the end Gowdy gets to the JUST way to get these criminals behind bars.

Have faith, there is a remnant of white hats who, Lord willing, will enlighten the public, and dispense justice. Truly pray that our nation’s people eyes will be opened to the truth of not only the FISA abuse, but also the child trafficking. These people are SICK.

Yep.

For one thing, the whole point of FISA courts is that they are allowed to bypass normal legal standards and procedures.

The DOJ has well over 100,000 employees, and a budget of $30 billion. There may be up to a few hundred of those employees that don’t hate Pres. Trump or anyone conservative.

The coup is political, and demands a political solution. If enough voters don’t care, the winners and losers are clear, regardless of abstract concepts of justice.

I do have some experience with this “law and facts” issue in the real world.

My experience is that if a prosecutor is very determined to pursue a case, and is willing to commit the necessary resources to get it done, they can find the appropriate legal framework to match the relevant facts and will be able to convince a grand jury to get an indictment. (Conviction, of course, may be more difficult.)

If they are lukewarm or are not that interested in the case (for whatever reason) they can easily decide not to pursue it.

FISA abuse is a _big_ deal, and this should be a very high priority case.

Failure to pursue it is indicative of a lack of will, imho, and is not a function of either the law or the facts.

Re: Barr has been in and around the swamp his whole life including his daddy.

In 1991, Obama’s future Vice President Joe Biden actually voted for William Barr for Attorney General.

Compelling truth of the day, FTA:

“Absent indictments, all of these co-conspirators will just keep laughing all the way to the bank with money largely provided them by our fake news media.”

Sadly, doesn’t look like there will be any.
