You have to really work hard intentionally to completely delete a file. Usually requires a special program that over writes the file location on the storage media with zeros 8-10 times

Oh course it was deleted. Too many high level intelligence assets were blackmailed by Epstein to every allow any investigation. This whole thing had to be swept under the rug quickly by the intelligence community.
My only question was if Epstein of UK, Israeli, or US intelligence agent. Either way those poor girls, who were sexually abused to acquire state secrets obviously deserve justice......but to hide the secrets it will likely never come.
