Then there are the facts of life, also known as common sense. There is no evidence he investigating the Clinton Foundation. Why would he? He was in Austin, Texas. The Clinton Foundation is in New York City. A Texas FBI agent is going to work cases in Texas, not critical work for cases halfway accross the country.
