Someone who realizes the value in rebuilding a muscle car from the 70’s, 80’s 90’s, etc.
But mine is worth more, since mine has the cracked stock! :-)
My response was meant to point out that there are a lot more repair parts available for the 10/22 than for the discontinued Nylon 66.
I used to have a Nylon 66 in Apache Black, but sold it decades ago. Its a great little rifle that I believe still holds the record for continuous shots fired without a malfunction.
I still prefer the 10/22, however, as my if I could only have one .22 rifle.
as i got older my car models got bigger...
I still have mine and it still works.

I agree that in 22 LR there are plenty of other weapons. I have been he Savage A22 in 22 Magnum.
It stands alone as a reasonable priced semi auto in 22WMR.
