Pelosi looked pretty plastered during the SOTU herself. Glassy-eyed, muttering, very odd behavior in general. That perception must really be taking hold for her to lash out and accuse Trump of it to deflect.

I believe I read that Pence said she was muttering and mouthing words to him throughout the whole speech, but he didn’t understand any of them. If ANYBODY was tanked, it was Nancy.

She was busy separating the speech into tearable stacks, and then pre-tearing them so she could give her grand finale at the end. Choreographed all the way. Democrats aren't smart enough to think on the spur of the moment. She planned this all along. She's such a predictable phony like all libs.
Tardive dyskinesia (TD) is a serious side effect that may occur with certain medications used to treat mental illness. Long-term use of medications called antipsychotics can cause TD. Some medications used for nausea can also cause TD. The symptoms of TD might continue even when the medication is stopped. About one in four patients who receive long-term treatment with an antipsychotic will experience TD.
Anyone taking an antipsychotic may develop TD, but certain factors increase the risk such as:
being elderly
being female
having diabetes
having other mental illnesses
It is important to remember that TD usually happens after taking antipsychotics for a long time. Some patients may have TD after 3 months, but many develop TD after several years of treatment. TD is unlikely to occur if an antipsychotic is only taken for a few weeks.
I saw her talking to herself several times during the speech. Her lips were moving, and if she thought she was speaking to V.P. Pence, she was sadly mistaken, because he was ignoring her.
It’s clear from watching her that night she was the one sedated. It’s easy to see her glassy eyes.
