I have thought for a while that she is one of the Capitol Hill lawmakers that Dr. Michael Kim was talking about in this interview.

Pelosi almost always sounds like she’s drunk. She slurs her words and mumbles incoherently. Then there are the always odd hand gestures. She’s either drunk, her dentures are slipping, or she herself is slipping into dementia. She’ll be 80 next month.
Yep. It sounds exactly like something a drunkard or druggie would dream up. In my younger days, my job required me to be around such people a lot.
No sober / sane person observing Trump doing that speech could honestly come up with that statement.
Nope, my observation was his voice was not as clear, sounded like a cold...which would explain why he did not shake anyone's hands out of concern of passing germs.
