Up til now it's all been 'watch out for that aerosolized covid!'
This would suggest breathing in a little Covid air, but not air full of droplets, is a good thing. That's my point. That you'd be wise to walk through a hospital, but certainly not french kiss a covid patient, and that walking through a hospital now is smarter than avoiding such things.
Until now, I had not heard that specifically expressed.
For example, this was not a good way to try to vaccinate oneself against polio.
I think that recirculated air spread the virus on the Diamond Princess. It was winter time, so there was a lot of recirculated, heated air forcing its way into all the cabins. The same goes for airlines. I think that conventional filters are not effective in these cases. There actually needs to be some sort of virus killer, such as a UV tube that the air passes through from now on.
#3 are the cows wearing masks too as this virus is known to go from animals to humans and vice versa..... : )
I'm sure the airlines, busses, and cruise ships would be thrilled about that. Not that I disagree; it's that the airlines and buses were thrilled when they went non-smoking because it increased their profits. This would reduce profits adding weight and complexity to the air control systems that would also need constant maintenance.
Perhaps this is what is needed to force them to do the right thing they should have been doing all along.
If it’s *airborne* you will certainly get it in the grocery store and restaurants.
Unless you never breathe there?
“Up til now it’s all been ‘watch out for that aerosolized covid”
Nope.
Cows not wearing masks,ha, but a more worrisome thing is there are more chickens than cows in this county. Commercial chicken houses every where and more being built. Ruin the neighborhoods/areas where built. BUT what if a virus got loose in these houses ? Remember bird flu also from China ?? Yikes !!!
Relatively still air spreads viruses through the slow process of diffusion, all the while dissipating in concentration and potency. Heated force air is a more effective way to spread a virus.
#27 be watchful of Chinese in the area making chicken soup...
Most grocery stores have central heat/ac systems.
Ditto restaurants.
Ditto hotels.
Most especially office buildings.
Point being, if it’s ‘airborne’ enough to be spread by a forced air system...it’s ‘airborne’ enough to be transmitted by the guy in front of you in the checkout line that just coughed.
Yup.
I guess you missed all the published guidelines. In these times you need to stay informed.
I think you missed my point. Have a good day.
Does this mean the Chinese and Iranians who spread the disease skipped Germany - and the only cases in Germany are the 'second hand stuff'?
