The only two Senators worth a damn today were Josh Hawley and Ted Cruz. Grassley’s heart is in the right place, but he could barely even read his prepared questions. As for Lindsey, no where near his Kavanaugh performance.

I will say Graham was brilliant with his Cavanaugh tirade. Brilliant!
It appears that Rosenstein has adopted the strategy that even though he approved all these things, he did not have all the facts, and is therefore not complicit. And if the past is indicative of the future, it’s a strategy that will work.
"They" ( coup conspirators ) just knew Trump was guilty of something and if they got any investigation going that it would lead to some criminality and everyone would then forget the original phony reason for the original investigation... expect Trump is squeaky clean!!!
