Ha! Yes..
The old gamut - What three people would you like to have Lunch with..?
My first two are always: Churchill and William Jennings Bryan...
“how the mistakes of parents can cause a ripple effect, good or bad, for generations.”
Churchill had indifferent parents but a loving nanny. He became the savior of England and freedom.
Hitler had an abusive father and a loving, doting mother. He became the most loathed being in history.
Churchill had a terrible lisp as a child. To combat it he memorized poems, plays and passages from books.
With Demosthenes as his inspiration he then spent hours each day standing in front of a mirror watching his mouth as he recited the passage. Not content until he could speak with confidence his lisp wouldn’t embarrass him.
