18 Aug 2020: Daily Mail: Outfoxing justice: Top Chicago prosecutor Kim Foxx WON’T face charges for continuing to text Jussie Smollett’s sister for five days AFTER he shifted from victim to suspect
Special prosecutor Dan Webb said Monday that Foxx’s office abused their discretion in the case against actor Jussie Smollett but did nothing criminal
In March last year, Foxx´s office surprised many by dropping charges that accused the actor of staging a racist, homophobic attack against himself
Webb’s findings announced Monday came after charges were restored against Smollett by the same special prosecutor in February
Webb said then that dropping the charges against Smollett were unjustified
One of the focuses of Webb’s inquiry was about whether Foxx acted improperly by speaking to a Smollett relative and a onetime aide of Michelle Obama
But Monday’s release does not show or attempt to explain how prosecutors came to to reach the deal to drop the actor’s first case in the first place
Smollett is still adamant that the attack was real and wasn’t a publicity hoax

One of the focuses of Webb´s inquiry was about whether Foxx acted improperly by speaking to a Smollett relative and Tina Tchen, a onetime aide of former first lady Michelle Obama before the charges were dropped, or by weighing in on the case after recusing herself.
The release Monday found no evidence to support the suggestion Smollett was offered a sweetheart deal following pressure from influential people...

1 Sept: Chicago Tribune editorial: Editorial: More secrecy in the Jussie Smollett case. Who is protecting whom now?
For 18 long months, ever since Cook County prosecutors got involved in the case of actor Jussie Smollett, public officials who work for taxpayers have been keeping secrets from them...
The latest declaration that we citizens arent entitled to know comes from Judge Michael Toomin. We were pleased when, last August, the judge appointed former U.S. Attorney Dan Webb as a special prosecutor to examine how States Attorney Kim Foxx and her staff handled the Smollett case. The whole point was transparency.
But now Toomin says he wont release the full Webb report, which runs 59 pages, because it includes sensitive grand jury testimony. Webb pressed Toomin on Tuesday to reconsider his decision. Toomin should...

29 May 2019: Chicago Sun-Times: Tina Tchen stepping up fight to quash Jussie Smollett subpoena
Tina Tchen, former chief of staff to former first lady Michelle Obama, in new court filings, argues the subpoena filed by retired Judge Sheila OBrien is improper.
By Lynn Sweet
Tchens effort on behalf of the Smollett family has thrown a national spotlight on whether she crossed a line.
Because of her connection to former President Barack Obama and Mrs. Obama, Tchens involvement in the Smollett probe has provided fodder for right-wing outlets and conspiracy minded commentators on social media.
Tchen is linked to the Obamas for life. On Thursday, Tchen will be in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to participate in a White House Historical Association panel on Inside the White House: Behind the Scenes of the First Ladys Office.
Given her background on gender and race issues and internal workplace investigations, its an irony of sorts that the first major national controversy Tchen has ever faced has to do with her handling of hate crime allegations involving an African American gay man...
In the Obama administration, she was the executive director of the White House Council on Women and Girls as well as Mrs. Obamas chief of staff. Tchen led the White House Task Force to Protect Students from Sexual Assault.
Since the spawning of the MeToo! movement, Tchen has become a sought after lawyer dealing with conduct issues...
She is the co-founder of the Times Up Legal Defense Fund helping women who have been harassed in the workplace and was recently tapped to lead a review of the working conditions at the ***Southern Poverty Law Center...
Tchen gave her side in a March statement: I know members of the Smollett family based on prior work together. Shortly after Mr. Smollett reported he was attacked, as a family friend, I contacted Cook County States Attorney Kim Foxx, who I also know from prior work together. My sole activity was to put the chief prosecutor in the case in touch with an alleged victims family who had concerns about how the investigation was being characterized in public....

A former CNN commentator interviewing a former actor, that sounds about right.
Jusie who?
Is this clown important?
Another grandson of Pisslousy?
Dint do nuffin!
For an actor, he’s like the worst liar in the world.
All that needs to be said about Jussie Smollett has been effectively stated by Dave Chappelle in a Brutal Comedic setting. It’s on YouTube + the black Chappelle riffs about it in a 5-6 minute clip. Worth seeing, he calls him out + says “ .......here’s how the Police interview went..... We all knew.....” Funniest 5 minutes I’ve seen/heard in years!
Dave Chappell ended this LIARs career.
Absolutely, thats an instant classic.

Language warning, but the funniest 5m youll see all week, if you havent seen it.
Blankin’ honkies doubtin’ the story. If I say it’s so, honky, then it’s so. Got it?
Sociopaths like smollett lie all the time, than they lie about the lies they previously told.
