The idea is not to make money, but to punish these corporations for their bad behavior. Supporting BLM is likely just one of their antisocial actions.

By hitting them really hard, like the tobacco settlement, will hopefully get their stockholders riled up to make their directors cut it out with that crap.

I think there’s more than 552 companies in the US.

Meaning, there’s 276 on the list. Another half not on the list would be 552 companies total. So this is the shorter list.
