As I suspected since the beginning of this. 4 PA counties numbers were wayyyy off as compared to 2016. Delaware County (referenced in this article) had 35,000+more votes for Biden than Hillary in 2016. Montgomery had 65,000+ more. Allegheny has 65,000+ more for Biden than Hillary. Chester County, he is 60,000 more than Hillary. The rest look about right. Or worse than Hillary.
In Philadelphia , Biden actually did worse than Hillary.

The voting device in my county in Texas had two small antennas located at the rear of the box: one connected to AT&T and the other to Verizon. (...a feature... /s)
The blank ballot paper was insert into the voting machine, tap your selections on the screen, and print your sections and, then, the voter hand-carried the ballot to the scanning device which also captured the ballots in a box in the base of the scanning machine. There was an IT guy rooming the area all day and was responsible for dealing with issues in about six voting sites during the day. Yup, the whole shebang is connected to the internet.
What if the Philly votes are seriously bogus?
