The military in determining who moves ahead in the ranks at the senior officer & NCO ranks has certain criteria that come in to play … one being does the individual have command presence … essentially, do they look the part?
Mitch McConnel is the antithesis of this criteria he comes across as weak … ‘the turtle’ is an apt description.
