The problem is that the gop sucks canal water. No younger group is going to change the gop for the next six years at least. The gop is stuck with the likes of McConnell, Cornyn, Sasse, Graham and Collins and no newbie is going to change them.
Hopefully Trump will see this and work on getting the bums cornered and weakened starting with those supporting the likes of Liz Cheney and McCarthy and the bums in the Senate.
Donald Trump has started a movement unlike anything in the past and those that get in the way will lose.

Well I’d rather wait to see/hear what HE actually says first.
Old guy Trump worked harder than the whole bunch of younger leaders combined... I bet he would give YOU a run for working hard.

Really. It wasn’t until Trump’s administration until I realized how little power the POTUS has in the whole scheme of things. When a POTUS has some pols who support him, the illusion of control can be maintained. But when everyone is against him, he basically is helpless.
The RATs — we’ve known about their treachery forever. But when Pence, McConnell, Mattis, McCarthy, SCOTUS, etc., actively were sabotaging and controlling PDJT, he wasn’t able to overcome that. I think McConnell was/is the worst. His subtle subterfuge was lethal.
Same old guy? Trump first ran in 2015, for one office. He’s an elected Republican newbie.
