Same here.
I’ve asked many VA employees if they got a shot and I’d say 80% have said “no”.
That includes my Orthopedic doctor and my dental hygienist.
I wonder what kind of world we will be living in if these vaccines make the next virus even more fatal.

I had a doctor’s appointment yesterday. Out of the blue, the first thing he said is he is concerned about how much we don’t know about the COVID virus. But he is far more alarmed about how much we don’t know about the COVID vaccines.
This is brilliant.
What really cracks me up is that it seems so many are praying and hoping for some long term side effect. What is the biological explanation for “long term effects”. What is the difference between a spike protein translated by a human cell instead of the whole virus. What are the long term effects of CoVID? I have seen an awful lot of long haulers at 12 months. Treat them every day — but of the vaccine? There appear to be no long haul type symptoms. There appear to be minimal side effects. But hey, a lot of people are rooting against what is essentially the Manhattan Project of virology — all created and advanced by a guy who we all like on the right — PDJT.
I remain baffled that this is not celebrated as a rousing success....
Many opinions! The 2 doctors we had appointments with recently both advised getting the vaccine. 9 weeks after the 2nd jab of Modern both me and my wife have no side effects whatsoever.
OK, we both felt tired on day after the 2nd shot. I am 81 and my wife is fighting stage-4 cancer for 3+ years.

The vaccine implants a micro-chip in your brain, and will make you vote democrat in future. :)

It seems many people are speculating! Those who shut down our economy for a flu-like disease where you have a .03% of dying and those 57 medical professionals who signed that letter.
Are you a medical doctor in epidemiology with the credentials to speculate? Otherwise, you are just another speculator.
COVID has a better than 99% survival rate. What are you talking about? Oh, and I HAD COVID. No vax for me.
It's not just whether the vaccine is safe, but safe compared to getting the disease. If you raise objections based on the presence of the spike protein, then the disease (by the same supposition) is far riskier over the long term than the vaccine.

The outcome of the vaccination process is being monitored, and in any case the effectiveness of the vaccine is actually the primary thing the studies were intended to show and that is fairly well established.

Apples and oranges. Thalidomide was prescribed on a 28 day dose basis. In other words patients swallowed lots of thalidomide pills. And then they renewed the Rx and swallowed a whole bunch more.
Covid vaccine is 2 shots of 1/2 cc each administered over 30 days, and then you are done. A large cobra injects about 1/2 cc of venom and without urgent help you die within hours.
After 9 weeks after the 2nd jab, I feel nothing. May be the sex drive and energy levels are higher.
You don't need a PhD to understand the abstract, and to see that the objection they raise regarding about the safety of the vaccines, if true, is probably enormously more true if someone contracts the disease.
I giggle when I think of someone trembling in fear about vaccine dangers who then gets behind the wheel of the car. LOL
Do you know the percent of people with blood clots after vaccine was administered? I believe only one of the vaccines was involved in blood clots.
