The pause was done deep in the AM shortly before 0400 EST. It didn't matter what time Phoenix was on. Mainstream media and the election results always go by EST when tabulating results.

You know the election was shady AF. Why do I need proof. No one knows what happened. But by discussing it we can get more detail which will force the truth out someday.

Actually, they were.
Because of COVID and mail-in ballots, they thought they had the steal in the bag. But Trump's vote totals far exceeded what they had, it completely overwhelmed them. So it was either manufacture more votes or pause the count.
I believe the Zoom (or a similar conference call) was done early in the night around 8:00 PM when it was clear Trump was kicking rear. Pausing the vote count has never happened before in U.S. elections.
The FBI will get right on that.
We all know it was stolen.
We all know that four states don’t simultaneously stop counting in the middle of the night without coordinating.
It’s obvious that they coordinated.

The dems thought they would have a landslide larger than 2008, picking up 50 House seats and 12 Senate seats, and flipping multiple State legislative houses and Governorships. That didn’t happen. Now, they plan to run the same playbook in 2022 during the Midterm Elections.
I would like to see a timeline of what happened when. We know that Fulton County, Ga stopped (supposedly) operations a little after 10 pm. When did the other states stop?
Didn’t Michigan continue counting all night? The van with ballot boxes onboard was filmed unloading at about 3 am and again at 5 am, if I remember, from Gateway Pundit’s investigation.

And given AZ is McCain territory and lots of pro mccainiacs were in republican positions of power, i could see that too.

Obviously I can’t prove your concept wrong, but I have a hard time believing that the decisions were made in a panic at the spur of the moment. When a conspiracy involves a lot of people, and uses any means of communication that can be captured or secretly recorded by the participants, the beans get spilled by someone, somehow. The top dogs ordering high crimes avoid communications that catch them in the act. Faceless operatives likely carried out plans agreed on well in advance, with as few people as possible really knowing what was happening or how.
My hare-brained speculation is that the whole digital cheating system has evolved over time from humble beginnings, and spread to more and more states. The algorisms used to create and assign ghost votes are likely designed to track plausibly with the pre-election polling the media has fed to the public, as well as registered voter rolls. In 2016, polls promoted the idea that Clinton was going to win in a cakewalk, so perhaps the cheat algorisms were omitted entirely or programmed not to pile on. When Trump vastly outperformed the polls, the pre-designed algorisms couldn’t gin up enough votes to give Hillary the false victory. Those who run the system were not going to let that happen again in 2020, so they built in preplanned contingencies in case Trump outperformed. The shut-downs must have been a necessary part of the contingency plan. Perhaps the command and control computer systems had to be stopped, new programs/new algorisms injected, and the whole thing rebooted, then the comprehensive “results” reprocessed and allocated. (This might explain why the Maricopa BoS is desperate to prevent inspection of their routers, etc. Lots of traffic during the shutdown period would be veeery interesting). Meanwhile, vast numbers of faked ballots had to be trucked in up to provide the “physical” ballots to match into the computer-generated results.
I agree with you to a point, but I’ll stay with what Patrick Byrne has explained and detailed in his book. Not four states, more precisely 6 cities, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Detroit , Milwaukee, Phoenix, and Las Vegas. In these cities voting stopped for 3 hours in various ways. They only needed deep fraud in 6 cities to flip the state and the electoral votes that went with each state. And they did.
Yep. This was not an urgent act late night on election night. It was all pre arranged. That’s why there was no traditional campaign by the Democrats. Virtual convention, no events, etc. They knew if they kept Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania through mail in election fraud they win and found back up red states as a backup.
The AZ call triggered the pause and the vote dumps. The fake pipe burst in Georgia. The purposeful hold back calling Florida, North Carolina, Alaska and other red states allowed Biden to maintain a lead so most casual observers didn’t ‘see’ Trump with a solid lead. All of it was preplanned.
