But the same facts (paused counting) can be explained without coordinated real-time action (which would be damning if discovered). All it would take is a pre-arranged agreement amongst state election officials to pause counting if Trump’s margin exceeded a predetermined threshold in their state. That would give the appearance of independent action yet accomplished the same goal, which I believe was to create a time window for the election systems to be tampered with in the ways numerous experts have shown. Coordinated action via a conference call or involving Biden staff would be an unnecessary risk.

I think they all knew what to do, but there definitely was a communication to NC to complete the count as they needed NC if two states ended in question.

It's a theory. We know Biden knew that election fraud was going to take place, because he said at some rally: I don't need your vote, I need your support after I am elected. From the mouth of the senile usurper himself.

Nancy Pelosi also knew the outcome when she famously said: I'm confident that when all the votes are counted Biden will be our president elect. (I am probably paraphrasing that quote).

There was definitely coordination, but the last minute stopping the count was indeed not part of the long standing plan and was a desperation maneuver. But exactly who or how that plan was put into action will mot likely never be known, unless someone in the know does a tell all. The chances of that happening are somewhere between extremely slim to none.

You first need to know the actual times that counting was “paused” in all these swing States. Your post doesn’t even qualify as a theory. It’s like other posters have stated... you seem to have pulled it out of your ass. A good theory has supporting data and is falsifiable.
