I am not saying eating well does not help. If it can extend one's life span, then it should be good.
Dad was first in my family to exceed the age of 55 years by breaking the cycle of heavy smoking & drink'n.
just checked my pantry. have a can of goya “sardines”. they are actually thread herring from ecuador. much larger than a sardine.
Including Soy and canola. Even Olive 0il is likely laced with one of those, counterfeit Olive Oil is a big market.
Have you ever eaten a picnic table?
(You should probably spit out the bolts and nails.)
;)
My my, you just spread joy and inspiration, don’t you, no matter which thread you end up pissing on.
s/ for the Nancy's.
My buddy is like that. He said the average age of male deaths in his family is 63, so he wont make any more long term plans at this point. And Fixx died when he was six years younger than both of us.
champagne
The recommended is two cans per day.
Jim Fixx lived longer then any other male in his family.

I think the exercise plan where you stress yourself for a few minutes, then scale back. It trains your body to handle stress without over stressing your body.
Duplicate post????
As long as it’s pro-Murkawski of Alaska, for her stellar NRA rating, or it highlights Trump’s rude tweets, then you’re all set.
But this one promotes conspiracy theories, that eating fish is good for you...so yeah, better back out of the saloon slowly, before the mods come calling...
Might label this some sort of OPUS...!!!
I really worry about my super-fit 45+ friends in Oregon...
Running 100 mile team races, and constantly, doing competitive 10k+ races can’t be good for the knees and ankles at that age....
But what do I know, I’m the over weight friend, who goes up and down with my weight...
LOL!
Ha ha; sardines have always been a favorite treat for me and generations of my Chows. Their favorite food is smoked salmon, but that’s a bit pricey so a rare treat, but we also share a tin or two of sardines every day.
Oh yah Elvis, well my hound caught the rabbit and it was one of the proudest days of my bitch’s life.
I’ve had canned sardines before but now I can’t because the salt content is too high.
I’ll check my stores. To be honest, I haven’t bought any in years and was basing it on other small, canned aquatic stuff like mussels etc. Seems like I did see some sardines from china but it was on the $1 aisle.
It’s all good on a saltine with hot sauce.
There ya go! My first father in law ate sardines as a delicacy, with saltines. The salt probably did him in ... at 93. LOL
I’ve got him by 12 years and you couldn’t pay me to eat a Sardine.
