Most of the fires in Oregon are listed as unknown origin.
I suspect arson in many of them.
Drought. In a few years, it will be flooding.

A little perspective; in 1910, I think, there was a fire in Idaho that burned over 3 million acres in a little less than 3 days. In 1871, the Peshtigo Fire burned a little over a million and a half acres in one day killing between 5000 and 15000 people (No one knows, there are 3000 in a mass grave in Pestigo.). It also had an F5 tornado or firenado that lifted a locomotive. It would have been larger if it had not run into the Great Lakes (Heck of a fire break.).
There certainly have been others not recorded.
Not unprecedented not something never seen before.
Those marijuana farmers get a bit careless as they smoke their product in dry forests. They use whatever little water available to irrigate their “crop”.
