You are correct, but one must one wonder why he would even call Biden “a decent man” twice in the context of him being responsible for hundreds of deaths which will quickly become thousands of deaths.
It’s mighty strange, a man in the opposing party’s leadership, can’t criticize Biden without referencing his goodness.
Tim Scott gave the official Republican response to the SOTU, and he started out by saying, Biden is a good man.
The motive to constantly include that is mighty weird.

I saw Lindsey Graham speak after the News said Trump was defeated, and he was positively ecstatic! He was buzzing and beaming with happiness.
