The person giving the injection inserts syringe needle into the vial withdraws proper dosage from vial. (Pfizer and Moderna come in multiple dosage vials)
Needle is put into arm muscle, the plunger is then pulled back a little to see if blood is present. Blood indicates vascular location and should be redone because this is no longer an intramuscular injection. If not then a possible “inadvertent intravenous injection” has occurred.

The spike protein is created when the messenger RNA is fed into the ribosome. That protein is then fed into the proteosome where it is shredded into pieces and go to the where they are loaded onto special proteins called Major Histocompatibility Complexes (MHC). The Tractor Supply where I get the tubes of the paster is always out now. Their delivery shipments come in on Friday and there is none left buy the time they close Friday evening. I am down to my last tube, using it prophylatctically now ... once a week. If symptoms occur I will use it every other day and up the zinc to 50 per day. D3 will remain the same, C will go to 2000 units per day, and Quercitin added. I will start tasking a B complex today, to restore my energy level.

Pardon me if I seem to correct you, for I only intend to show you how you come across to me. (Who cares about that I know!?)
As a creationist I am interested in the work of GF Joyce and others if that is what you meant. I do not think they have found a mechanism for macro-evolution, but I appreciate the tenor of this work and wait to see what he and others come up with, as I trust it will again bring glory to our Creator. Most who attack the Intelligent Design argument, do not seem to understand the issues. Imagining an “RNA World” does take the theory to a simpler level, but Joyce does not see the vast intelligence nor the purposeful selection that they are using to get this to work, if they ever do.
If you had the impression that there was something there to suggest that the mRNA vaccine or that RNA can replicate itself, then I suggest that it is you, not I, who did not understand this work. But please correct me with my thanks.
A way to look at it is to understand the equipment necessary to do what you think it does. If the mRNA is self-replicating, how does it do that, and by what engine, machinery, or equipment? Similarly, if it is holding together a long time and is reused repeatedly, then what is the glue holding it together?
The shred pieces signal the cell for destruction, and when that happens, other yet intact spike proteins are released into general circulation. Please correct me anyone?

I’m nct sure what work you refer to, but my point was not that this vaccine RNA is replicating itself but that the idea RNA is inert or fragile is not true.
RNA can do a lot.
There are other reports to be found.
I refer to logic, if A and not B but if both A and B.
Not much the officials have said holds water so far, so I am pessimistic they actually know and if they do , they are not telling the whole story.

That link is about the virus and the author extrapolates to the vaccine.
He admits this. If this happens with a COVID-19 infection we ought to be able to understand the mechanism. but he suggests no mechanism. He discounts others who state that “RNA doesn’t work that way.” suggesting they are the ones who do not understand.
