Different issue. The study had a period of time in which vaccinated were compared to unvaccinated. That's it.

Any comparison of unvaccinated during the study to the same group after vaccination is invalid since it is two different time periods with different risks.

As for the unvaccinated, I hope they don't cave and remain numerous. The whole group is not a suitable control, because they are self-selected. But randomly choosing a subgroup of the unvaccinated we will be to compare their long term health with a demographically comparable vaccinated group, also chosen randomly. They will have to be compared in similar locations over the same time period to see all the health effects from vaccinated and risks from the disease.

I suspect the Delta Variant infected the vaccinated group at a time when it was more prevalent in the population. The unvaccinated results were taken when the Delta Variant was not present. The result: a false study.
