I kind of like mine wrapped around a good steak... Put it a baggie for a few hours with a few ounces of scotch (that’s mostly for making the taste of the steak really jump but it doesn’t hurt the bacon either). Then fire up the barbecue...with the steak still nice and pink, the bacon should also be about perfect.

Change paper towel to parchment paper and folder the parchment paper over. You’ll never go back and wish you’d go back in time and fix your paper towel mistake.
