The nephew will never be prosecuted for his crime. I wouldn't bet on that as he is also going after a female judge in another case. That may be what gets him arrested.

The article says this guy entered a secured apartment building recently, went up 12 floors and stood at the front door of the female judge for this case. He took photos of her private home address!!........So says this article.
Sounds a lot like Intimidation Tactics to me.
