The elites would just love to get all the most important, vital commodities flowing through a single choke point, which could easily be flipped to the “off” position whenever political needs might dictate.
The why is not very clear...
NONE of this makes any sense. What are the root causes of railroad shipping reductions? Fuel? Lack of maintenance crew? Lack of train drivers? Lack of loading/unloading crews?
What the HELL is going on? Everybody I know is working and not laying about.

Did somebody demand UP to take 25% of their cars out of service? What the HELL is going on?
Why can’t the feds help with this? Call out the military to help with shipments. Don’t just sit around twiddling their thumbs!

Supposedly, there’s a lot of train shipped freight that can’t be unloaded fast enough to prevent clogging up rail lines. The UP says they have added locomotives and crews, but not enough freight recipients have.

A lot of our fertilizer comes from Russia. Biden didn’t care about that.

As much as I enjoy the Vanguard meme, by virtue of running lots of popular low-load index funds featured in many companies’ 401k offerings, Vanguard is probably in the top ownership of every single company in the Dow and S&P 500.
The actual owners are millions of people.
