The second amendment forbids prohibiting possession of a gun, if I read it right. Anyone who can't be trusted to be armed should not be running around loose.

They will have the same right. However, if a Georgian wants to carry in another state that does not have constitutional carry they will still a GA permit. Allowing, of course, that the other state recognizes GAs permit.

I believe Kemp like DeWhine in Ohio only signed this to cover their collective RINO asses. Both made campaign promises and now facing reelection, they had to swallow this pill if they are to have any chance to win reelection.
