A “gay” cape. “Bisexual” hero.
They are destroying our heros, our cultural icons with the end goal of destroying our civilization.
They destroyed the Columbus statues and statues of any man who lived hundreds of years ago. They are destroying the family. They are trashing the meaning of “man” and “woman.” And now, one of my childhood heros, Superman, has become SuperLimpWrist.
The author of the article seems to be entranced in fawning admiration: “heartwarming story” “exciting new relationship” “warm moment between the hero and his boyfriend”. I’m sure he thinks it fabulous.
Remember the excitement over the “gay football player” a few years back? I don’t remember his name and don’t care to. They are trying to destroy the connection between strong/aggressive/successful and heterosexual.

I know, Marvel is just as bad, if not worse... Definitely an opportunity for someone who just wants to write good stories with interesting characters to come in and make some waves.
This idiotic push is beyond insane, the people screaming on twitter DON’T BUY YOUR PRODUCT... do you get this? They are sub 1% who are noisy, they will clap and make some big deal when you pander, but they are not and never will be your customer base... and pandering to them alienates your ACTUAL CUSTOMER BASE....

I am speechless. This is not just happening, this is planned destruction of the US.
It probably has more than one etiology.
In some cases it appears to be hereditary, at least in part, and is a disease as certainly as any other hereditary disease, e.g. hemophilia, Down's syndrome, sickle cell disease, et al.
In some cases, it results from trauma, e.g. sexual molestation in childhood, and is a disease as certainly as any resulting from stress, e.g. PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), hysterical paralysis, et al.
Another etiology is habitual homosexual activity, especially if starting at an early age, becoming habit and ultimately addiction.
Homosexuality is a reaction to injury, resulting in disfunction of the reproductive system, and is thus, by definition, is a disease.
Reclassification, wishful thinking, or anything else will not change this.
Homosexual activity appears to be different from homosexuality. It appears that most people can engage in homosexual activity under certain circumstances. It might be nature's way of releasing powerful sexual tension under such circumstances.

I’ve never seen ONE homosexual or lesbian that I would consider qualifies as a “super hero.” Only in their dreams.
Are the rest of the homo's lining up to get a blue steel rod shoved up their wahoo? For some reason that doesn't sound very appealing. Maybe it's just me.

Give the discovery guy some time to get all this crap straightened out. I don’t expect him to be perfect, but I do expect he’ll stop most of this garbage. All of this was set in motion before the merger and there are even larger messes than this to tend to first.

The current concept of “hero” is relatively new, emerging from the Depression and Hollywood and comics.
It’s IMO always been antithetical to American culture, because it lifts up a fictional elite immeasurably better then the common man who must just follow where he’s led.
Outside of fiction we have sports heroes who play games and jump around as if sport made one better than people who actually produce worth, and similarly actors/resses whose job is professionally lying on camera, who also pretend that failing at being themselves makes them more equal than everyone.
